There is nothing more satisfying and enjoyable, when we take the time out to enjoy a cup of brewed tea. These delicious and nourishing beverages make a lovely compliment to your morning, an energy booster in the afternoon and they represent the required relaxation we all deserve in the evenings. My line of herbal teas are made with certified organic ingredients, and when organic materials are not available, I will opt for carefully wild crafted herbs. I never have, nor will I ever use conventionally grown materials in my teas. All of our tea's come loose leaf or in tea bags, in attractive tin containers to keep your herbal infusion fresh. Remembering that herbal homecrafted teas are much stronger than store bought teas. Unlike conventional finely cut tea found in mass manufactured tea bags, loose-leaf herbal tea is fresh, fragrant, tasty, longer lasting and far more economical, blended and made for your order to ensure quality and freshness.
Tea Infusions: (Steeped) are made from leaves, flowers and light material are an aid for symptoms, 1 hour before or closest to an empty stomach, 1-2 tsp of herbal material, add 6-8 oz of boiling water, steep covered for up to 5-15 minutes, strain and sweeten with honey. For a more "medicinal" effect steep 15-30 minutes. Will keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
Decoction's: (Boiled) are made from bark, roots, seeds, twigs and berries, 1-3 tbsp herbal material, add 4 cups of water and boil reduced to half of the liquid, (This depends on the strength of the "medicinal" tea you enjoy) strain, put 1-3 tbsp to 1 cup of warm water, sweeten with honey it is said to be very good for the heart, Will keep refrigerated 72 hours.
